1. Data controller

2. Data categories

We may process username, email, account and gameplay data, communications, technical information, security logs and cookie preferences.

3. Purposes and legal grounds

Data is used to provide accounts, secure the service, handle reports, operate game features and—after consent—perform analytics.

4. MyLead OfferWall

After voluntarily opening offers, the partner may process player ID, IP, device, country and conversion data. We do not send the username or email address.

5. Recipients and transfers

Data may be entrusted to hosting, email, analytics and offer partners as necessary to provide the service.

6. Retention

Account and gameplay data are kept until the account is deleted. After a valid erasure request is approved, ordinary account, gameplay and messages stored in the game database are deleted automatically, while transaction identifiers needed to prevent duplicate credits are detached from the account and anonymised. As part of automatic retention, stale security rate-limit records and expired/used reset tokens are cleaned after 7 days, performance-diagnostic logs after 90 days, and auxiliary gameplay analytics events after 180 days. Data that must still be retained due to a legal obligation or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims may be kept only to the necessary extent.

7. User rights

Users may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction or objection and may withdraw analytics consent.

8. Security

We use access controls, password hashing, security tokens, request limits and security event logging.
